Commentary
Maeda so nearly gets away from the Brazil defence, but Alisson gets there first. Brazil are on top, but Japan could just as easily score the next goal.
All of a sudden it is Japan who look as though they could do with a change. They are far too deep and Brazil's attackers are growing more and more in confidence.
OFF THE POST!! This would have been an all-time great World Cup goal! Vinicius Jr controls the ball brilliantly, nutmegs Tomiyasu, carries it forward and then gets a shot away that Suzuki helps onto the post with his thumb!
This game is living up to the hype and it is almost impossible to call from here. Brazil have been a lot better over the past five or 10 minutes.
Gabriel swung in a cross from 25 yards and Casemiro peeled away from his man at the back post. He gets plenty of power behind it and Suzuki just cannot react.

GOOOAAAALLL!!!! BRAZIL ARE LEVEL AT 1-1!! Casemiro was partly at fault for Japan's opener and wasted a great chance a couple of minutes ago, but he makes no mistake with this one as he thumps in a header at the back post.
