Alloa v Falkirk
Late show seals it for Bairns
Two goals in the final 11 minutes moved Falkirk to within five points of third-placed Rangers with a 3-1 win at Alloa. The Bairns were under the cosh in the early stages and Daryll Meggatt sent a free header over the crossbar before Jamie MacDonald pulled off a fine save to deny Ryan McCord.Once they had weathered that storm, the visitors were able to get a foothold in the game and stole into a 17th-minute lead as Luke Leahy smashed home at the far post.Alloa pulled themselves level just before the hour thanks to a fierce drive from Kevin Cawley which left MacDonald grasping at air.But Peter Houston's men had lift off in the 79th-minute when Baird converted when sent clear and sub Alex Cooper made it three when he coolly slotted home three minutes from time.
