Paramba did well to limit the damage but could not stop Mohd Rafi from doubling Kerala's advantage in the 68th minute.
Former Arsenal academy product attacker Sanchez Watt made it 3-0 four minutes later when he was played in on goal by Rafi.
Nico Velez scored a consolation goal for NorthEast with a blast eight minutes from time, but that was all for the visitors.
