Borussia Dortmund coasted to a 3-0 victory over Hamburg on Tuesday night as Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang took his goal tally to a Bundesliga-best 25 games.

Hamburg keeper Rene Adler got the better of Aubameyang in a one-on-one early before Dortmund counterpart Roman Burki did likewise to Bobby Wood at the other end.

Gonzalo Castro opened the scoring in the 13th minute when he curled a superb shot around the wall and past Rene Adler at the far post.

Dortmund then wrapped up the victory with two goals in the last 10 minutes.

First, Shinji Kagawa tapped home from close range after Aubameyang had burst past Albin Ekdal down the left and picked him out.

Aubameyang then hit his 25th goal of the season after bursting clear on the break, rounding Adler and rolling the ball into the empty net.

Dortmund stayed fourth in the Champions League playoff place, a point behind Hoffenheim, while Hamburg -- struggling with injuries -- remained just a point above the relegation zone.
