SEATTLE -- Jordan Hill hit six 3-pointers and finished with 23 points, both career highs, to help Seattle beat Portland 89-76 on Saturday night for its seventh consecutive home win.
Matej Kavas added 18 points, including four 3-pointers, and Aaron Menzies had 16 points and eight rebounds for Seattle (8-5).
Menzies scored six points during a 14-4 run to open the second half that was capped by Hill's 3-point play and gave the Redhawks a 52-46 lead. The Pilots trailed by at least seven points from there as Seattle hit seven of its season-high 16 3-pointers in the final nine-plus minutes.
Marcus Shaver Jr. led Portland (4-5) with 20 points and D'Marques Tyson added 18.
