Sources: Ex-Browns GM Pace joining rival Vikings in adviser role
The Minnesota Vikings have hired Ryan Pace, who led the Bears 2015-21 before spending the past four seasons in the Atlanta Falcons' personnel department and will provide a GM-level sounding board for new GM Nolan Teasley.
