ST. THOMAS, U.S. Virgin Islands -- — Tedrick Wilcox Jr. had 24 points in Hampton's 92-85 victory over Florida Gulf Coast at the Paradise Jam on Saturday night.
Wilcox added six rebounds and three steals for the Pirates (2-3). Tristan Maxwell scored 22 points, going 8 of 16 from the floor, including 4 for 7 from 3-point range. Kyrese Mullen had 14 points.
Isaiah Thompson led the Eagles (1-4) in scoring, finishing with 25 points. Zach Anderson added 19 points for FGCU. Keeshawn Kellman finished with 13 points and 11 rebounds.
