Good luck charms can come in many forms. For the San Antonio Spurs, it seems to be a furry four-legged mammal.
The Spurs will go toe-to-toe with the New York Knicks in the NBA Finals, with Game 1 tipping off Wednesday night (8:30 p.m. ET, ABC).
While fans of each team made their predictions of who they think will take home the Larry O'Brien Trophy this year, a fuzzy friend has already made her prediction.
Lilo Ku, better known as Air Corgi, has a tradition of predicting the winning team by floating an inflatable basketball into bins labeled with the competing teams. In this case, Air Corgi has chosen the Spurs to win the series in seven games.
Once the Spurs found out about Air Corgi's choice, they took things a step further.
During their Finals pep rally, the Spurs' mascot, the Coyote, welcomed Ku's owner, Denny Ku, onto the stage with a duffle bag as the DJ announced Air Corgi's arrival.

Fans cheered and held up their phones as the Coyote hoisted Air Corgi in the air as if she were the Larry O'Brien Trophy.
Air Bud in 2026, much?
San Antonio is playing its first finals since 2014, when it beat the Miami Heat in five games. This also marks the team's first finals series without legendary coach Gregg Popovich. It marks a rematch of the 1999 NBA Finals against the Knicks, when San Antonio defeated New York in five games. That series was also the last time New York made the finals.
Games 1 and 2 will take place at Frost Bank Center before moving to Games 3 and 4 at Madison Square Garden.
