The final day of the Premier League season isn't just about relegation or half-scraps for Europa League places; it's also about saying goodbye to various legends who are playing their final games for their current clubs.
Chelsea was bidding farewell to the talismanic Didier Drogba, who announced that the game against Sunderland would be his last for the club. But 30 minutes into his last kickabout for the Blues at Stamford Bridge on Sunday, the 37-year-old Ivorian striker was substituted off, replaced by Diego Costa.
