The Kingsmen did not get off to the greatest of starts and fell behind in the powerplay itself, having not been helped by their big-money buy's iffy shot selection.

And once Raza was brought on and the squeeze was applied through the middle, the Kingsmen quickly ran out of steam. Raza was excellent throughout, as was Rauf. Shaheen and Ubaid's opening spell was also incisive and the Qalandars will take plenty of confidence from their bowling display, especially because it seems to be a strength of theirs.
