Leading sports website Cricinfo.com requires an individual to develop and ensure the effectiveness of all CRM programmes and the CRM aspects of any marketing and commercial activity.
This new role will be responsible for all aspects of CRM policy and implementation, including customer acquisition, email products, research and data analysis and customer retention programmes through to post-campaign evaluation and reporting.
The candidate will take ownership of customer intelligence, take a leading role in developing database marketing strategy, implementation and promoting sophisticated data understanding from a marketing perspective across the business.
The role includes:
Audit of current data capture and practices
Develop, manage, apply and refine customer segmentation programmes
Working with the marketing and IT team to drive new data acquisition
Integration of marketing, production and IT activities
Post-campaign evaluation and reporting
Making strategic and budgetary recommendations
Key skillssolid record in online marketing
strong CRM and statistical application know-how
at least two years experience
data analysis and segmentation skills
in-depth understanding of recruiting customers within an online environment
strong negotiation and presentation skills
Cricinfo.com is based in Shepherds Bush, London.This role reports to the Head of Marketing.
