Undefeated UFC flyweight and Olympic gold medalist Henry Cejudo will return to the Octagon against Jussier da Silva on Nov. 21 in Monterrey, Mexico.
UFC officials announced the 125-pound bout on Monday. The fight will be part of UFC Fight Night inside Monterrey Arena.
Cejudo (9-0) will look to move further up the flyweight division in his fourth UFC appearance. He is 2-0 as a flyweight.
The UFC forced Cejudo to make his promotional debut at 135 pounds in December, after he failed to make weight for a proposed flyweight bout at UFC 177.
That bout was ultimately scrapped entirely.
A U.S. gold medalist in freestyle wrestling at the 2008 Summer Olympics, Cejudo has defeated Chris Cariaso and Chico Camus via unanimous decision in his past two bouts.
The 28-year-old is considered one of the top prospects in the UFC, particularly at 125 pounds.
Da Silva (18-3) will carry a 4-2 UFC record into the high-profile bout. The Brazilian veteran has looked good inside the Octagon, though the two losses he suffered (to Joseph Benavidez and John Dodson) were relatively lopsided.
ESPN.com ranks Da Silva and Cejudo the Nos. 6 and 8 flyweights in the world, respectively.
A non-title welterweight bout between Matt Brown (20-13) and Kelvin Gastelum (11-1) is scheduled to headline the UFC Fight Night event.
