Rookie can't run on sprained ankle

CLEVELAND -- LeBron James still can't run on his sprained
right ankle, and the Cavaliers' rookie was ruled out of his second
straight game Thursday night against Sacramento.

James, who injured his ankle last weekend in a win at Utah,
watched from the sideline in sweats as his teammates went through
their morning shootaround at Gund Arena.

Cavs coach Paul Silas said that while James' injury has
improved, he is at least a few days away from returning.

"He's better," Silas said. "Hopefully by Saturday he will be
back. He can't really push off on it yet."

After facing the Kings, the Cavaliers host Philadelphia on
Saturday.

James' injury kept him out of the lineup on Tuesday, but the Cavs beat Seattle without their leading scorer.
