The Minnesota Timberwolves signed forward-center Greg Smith to a second 10-day contract Saturday.
Smith averaged 2.8 points, 2.2 rebounds and 10.7 minutes in his first 10-day contract. He has averaged 4.2 points, 3.4 rebounds and 12.5 minutes over 137 career NBA games with the Houston Rockets, Dallas Mavericks and Timberwolves since 2011.
