Springbok loose forward Andre Vos was Saturday evening named skipper of the South African rugby team to play home Tests against Canada and England next month.
He replaces scrumhalf Joost van der Westerhuizen, who relinquished the captaincy earlier in the week to focus on his match fitness after missing most of the Super 12 competition because of a knee injury.
